Anne Kansiime, claims she can’t stop thinking how things could have gone different for her had she not stayed in school. She says she is where she is because she went to school and always gave it her best through out her advances.
While in Malawi, Anne Kansiime had a chance to talk to teenage girls in Salima, a fishing community about the importance of staying in school. She claims looking at those girls only reminded her of her days growing up and how things could have gone different for her had she not stayed in school.
Anne Kansiime values education and for that reason came the birth of The Kansiime Foundation, a non-profit organization with an aim of educating young children.
Just barely months, the kids affiliated to the foundation have been cited out for remarkable performances in school.
“The Kansiime Foundation kids are now making up 70% of the top candidate students in their schools. God is Great,” she said.
