Yesterday, President Yoweri Museveni delivered the State of the Nation address 2013 to the Parliament of Uganda at the Serena Conference Centre.
In his speech, Museveni predicted that Uganda would be a middle income country by 2017 and a first world country by 2050. The President also highlighted the achievements of 2012 and discussed the way forward.
